The ring-pass-not of Earth is the edge of her conscious envelope, within which her life evolves. It is held and protected by the Planetary Logos and other Greater Hearts. The ring-pass-not ensures that forces not interested in the evolution of light and love do not enter, and that the flow of loving light from Cosmic Heart is allowed in at the right pace for the evolutionary journey to take place. Too much light would create change too rapidly and conscious evolution would not occur, matter would simply be infused with light rather than creating and knowing light.
