The etheric is a level of our inner being that is a finer in vibration than our physical self, but more dense in vibration than the emotional body. It is the primary conduit through which our prana / vitality / chi is absorbed and circulated through our physical body. It can be replenished by the vitality that comes from the Sun, or certain trees (mainly eucalyptus and pine trees) and certain energised places in nature. The etheric body holds the blueprint upon which the physical body is built, and is important in healing.
